Another good video, Cam. Cooking a steak to 60 degrees is medium, medium rare is 53 to 57.

That seemed like a pretty decent size, still warm fire in a place where you can't have campfires. Would that be T.O's (hope so) or would that have been someone doing wrong?

I certainly isn't selfish to want a site to yourself when you are filming. It is a whole lot easier to get footage when nobody else is there.

The drive down past Python Pool through the ranges and out to Millstream is amazing. Such beautiful country. We did it years ago in a Barina and the road was good so it probably gets a lot of attention. I think about half of it is sealed now. The track to the campsite was a bit too much of an ask though LOL

The drive into Python Pool and the trach into the gorge is some of the best driving ive ever enjoyed. Took our camper trailer into george gorge last year

Thank you for not divulging the exact location of special places like the small pool near Python Pool. It's appreciated. I'm a great believer in generalising the location then letting people do their own exploring. It's part of the adventure. What happens in the Pilbara stays in the Pilbara. #bromance

55.5 degrees is the perfect temp for steak in a Sou Vide Cam! Gives you a bit of wiggle room with the sear to still get medium rare! Love ya vid!
